ACA Form Deadline Extended

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), through Notice 2018-94, has extended the date for employers to file Forms 1095-C and 1095-B from January 31, 2019, to March 4, 2019. The IRS has also extended transitional good-faith relief from penalties in Sections 6721 and 6722 of the Internal Revenue code.
