Proliant Makes Glassdoor’s 50 Best Places to Work for Small and Medium Companies

Proliant, a payroll and HR solutions leader, ranked #35 on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work in 2023 for small and medium-sized businesses.
The past couple of years have been difficult for employers and employees. Still, Proliant has managed to maintain a comfortable work environment by providing a positive culture, strong pay and benefits, and a greater work-life balance.
Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work lists feature winning employers from various industries, including technology, finance, pharmaceuticals, consulting, and more. The winners that make the list of the Best Places to Work in 2023 are chosen based on reviews by current and former employees submitted between October 19, 2021, and October 17, 2022.

Glassdoor’s Economic Research team considers the quantity, quality, and consistency of employee reviews to determine the winners for their lists. In order to rank in the 50 Best Places to Work for U.S. small and medium companies, Proliant had to meet the following criteria during the eligibility period:
- At least 30 ratings across the nine workplaces attributes from U.S.-based employees
- A minimum 3.5 overall company rating on Glassdoor
- Workplace factor rating of at least 2.5
- Quality reviews
- Consistent reviews
