  2. W-4 (There is a new form for 2020)
  3. Application for state withholding certificates. (many states’ require an additional form to the w-4)
  4. I-9
  5. Bank information (if enrolling in direct deposit)
  6. Medical insurance forms if applicable
  7. Retirement plan documents if you are offering retirement and 401(k)
  8. Union contracts and other documentation (if applicable)
  9. Contracts, non-competes, intellectual property (if applicable)
  10. Signatures for employee handbook and policies
